Mr. Cao Sy Khiem

Mr. Cao Sy Kiem has joined Dragon Holdings Group as an advisor to the Board of Directors. He is also an independent member of BOD. He advises the board of directors of Dragon Holdings on strategic development planning in the areas of consulting services for corporate restructuring and strategic investment. He also helped the Board of Directors to participate in the management of the capital investment as well as the investment management of Dragon Holdings. He was the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam from 1989 to 1997, during his Governor assignment, he had helped stabilize the country's macroeconomy, manage the commercial banking system for sustainable development. In addition, he used to hold the position of Chairman of Vietnam Small and Medium Enterprises Association, and also a member of the National Monetary Policy Advisory Council. After retiring from the position of Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, he continued to work as Chairman of the BOD of Dong A Bank. With profound experience, especially in the banking and finance sector, he will help Dragon Holdings develop sustainably and strongly in accordance with the planned strategy. In particular, he will bring his experience and expertise in the banking and finance industries to promote the development of Dragon Holdings' member, Dragon Holdings BF Institute in order to develop and become one of the leading institutes in Vietnam about application-oriented banking and finance, recognized nationally and internationally. And the Institute will become a reputable organization providing professional training in banking and finance applications for the system of Vietnamese and international banks in Vietnam.
